这三个词语，是同义词，有时可以互换使用。但还是有些细微的差别：
1. simultaneously 是方式副词，说明两个动作联动发生：
The game will be
broadcast simultaneously on TV and radio.
比赛将同时在电视和广播中进行转播。

2. meanwhile 是连接副词，说明在一个动作发生过程中，另一个动作发生：
Please find a
taxi, and meanwhile I'll pack some food.
请叫辆出租车，趁这功夫我包上些食物。
3. at the same time 是副词性介词短语。表示：
1. 两个不同的事件同时存在；
2. 同一个事件在同一个时间发生
I was afraid of
her, but at the same time I really liked her
我害怕她，但同时也确实喜欢她。
She woke every
morning at the same time.
她每天早上都在同一时间醒来。
